I’m flying jfk-muc on the a380 upper deck. 3rd long haul flight ever. first jumbo ever, first time on Luftansa, and first time on the upper deck of a plane, also if you flew atl-much you would be on a 767-400, don’t know how good a 767 would be on a route that long. chose to pay a little bit more to fly from JFK direct to Munich for that reason. a380 just better. still have to book flights to and from bermuda

The domestic 777s are as close as you’d get to those. Even today, two examples of the original non-ER 777-200s remain in ANA’s fleet (JA713A, JA714A) and feature the seats from the 747 era.

Addendum: All 5 of ANA’s non-ER 777-300s (JA751A, JA752A, JA753A, JA754A, JA755A) feature the 747-style seats, similar to JA713A and JA714A.
