Actually, it’s quite funny, Bonaire isn’t a colony anymore but a municipality, kinda the same thing. Anyways, the angry locals want the Dutch people to leave, etc etc.
Anyways, they did that in an African country, kicked out all of the white European farmers, and gave their farms to the locals.
Guess what? The locals had no idea how to run a farm, so yeah, that country ended well, lmao.

It’s funny how some people say, and I have to emphasize some ; that China is “stripping Hong Kong of its democratic system established pre-1997” when… none, and I mean not a single governor during the colonial period was directly elected into power by Hong Kong citizens.
