The aircraft successfully returned to LAX airport. The aircraft’s cowling on engine no. 1 had been removed from the aircraft. Passengers in LAX are being held in hotels for the night as we send a replacement aircraft. This incident is currently being investigated by Boeing and the NTSB. All 787-9 Aircraft are temporarily grounded. As this may cause cancellations, passengers must send their boarding pass to our help email or call us on our help center.”

orange is going to start Chennai-Reunion flights with the 737MAX-8 and Mumbai-Reunion flights with the 757-200. They will both operate 3 times weekly with the flight numbers OR2255/2256 and OR2721/2722.
Slots at the airports have been acquired and cabins of 1 737MAX-8 and 1 757-200 are being retrofitted with 2 extra business class seats/pods each.
LIME will also start Chennai-Reunion flights with the A220-300 if the orange flights are successful.
And LIME has ordered 50 A321neo’s and 10 A330-900’s and will be converted from a low cost carrier to a leisure airline. The A220-300’s and ATR72-600’s cabins will be retrofitted with new interiors starting next month and the new branding will also be revealed next month, with the delivery of the first A321neo.

Vietnam has struck a 3 billion dollar USD deal with DMRC in order to build a Regional rapid transit system in Ho Chi Minh city and it’s satellite cities. Citrus Mobility has developed a push-pull trainset consisting of 3-12 coaches, capable of speeds upto 230kmph. The first set has been handed over to RDSO for oscillation and speed trials. The second set has been earmarked for further development of onboard systems, passenger comfort and information systems. The first set, after trials will be handed over to Indian Railways for their own set of trials.
It has been advertised as the Next Generation of Intercity trains with superior and more modern features and better ride quality and a quieter cabin.
It is also fully walk through, with sealed gangways. It also has bike racks, a fully functioning bistro coach, Anubhuti class seating, wheelchair spaces, an accesible toilet and a wheelchair lift and it’s cheaper than trainsets.
A Hydra-P (WHAP-1) powered version is also being manufactured, capable of speeds upto 180kmph and they are being fitted with systems which will make them compatible to operate with the existing WAP-7’s and WAP-7HS’ of Indian Railways.
Citrus is also working on standard gauge and under 15kV 50hZ AC electrification, using the Alpha AC-2P locomotives, capable of speeds upto 230kmph.
A diesel version is being developed for standard gauge, which will use the WDP-4 as it’s loco link and will be capable of speeds upto 160kmph.
Citrus is also developing a low floor, gauge changing version of these same trainsets.
